Q- Do you use urethane to reinstall your windshields?

Q- Can you make headrests for my mini van?
A-The problem regarding headrests in mini vans was brought up a few years ago and I assumed it had been addressed by the O.E.M.. As most of work is custom "we can do anything" the question is cost. A rough guess regarding cost would be $500 and even that may be light as we would have to weld brackets for the headrest to the seat and they would have to be upholstered to match. Optional would be to make the whole back higher and make an extension to the cover. It might change the rear view out the side and back windows.
Q-How do I get my windshield to defog better?
A-To defog or help prevent windshield fogging under most conditions:
a. Set the air intake control to the "Fresh" air mode position- not recycle.
b. Set the air distribution mode select to the "Defrost" mode position. (Note: In this position and in the "Foot/Defrost" mode position, the A/C will come on automatically which helps to dry the air.)
c. For best results, set the temperature control to the warm or hot air postion.
d. Turn on the fan.
Q- My windshield wipers chatter and I have changed the blades and the problem persists.
A- I have found that the wiper arm can be twisted causing the blade to shovel the water off the glass rather than dragging the water off the glass. This would cause the wiper to chatter only in one direction of the blade.
The solution is to watch the wipers in action and see which way it is shoveling the water and twist the arm - near the blade attachment point - in the opposite direction. You will need a pair of vice grips to do this.
